Were do I start.The fit was spot on, I replaced the slip on gasket as the old one was best left in place. Noise output was quieter then my stock item until you got into it sweet!.The performance from your pipe made one hell of a difference to the bike, power was good all over the rev range. The bike gained 20 k's fuel reach. Third and forth gear back wheel action anyware. On some big hills near Mt Molloy or deep river crossing in the Daintree it went like a train, you couldn't wipe the smile from my face.Carby mods will be in next week. All up it was money well spent.

Thanks for the CRF50 pipe, its realy good, i put a big bore kit in the same time i got your pipe  and it sounds awsome and goes realy well. A friend has a $400 bills pipe on his 50 but mine  sounds heaps cooler =)

I just wanted to make the effort to say how happy i am with your service, in this day of unreliable companies, i was so impressed with your delivery, it wasnt even 48hrs after paying and the muffler was on my door step.

Then there is the actual product, wow what difference it has made to my bike, a 2004 yamaha ttr 250.
There is just no comparison now with the old bike.
It just went straight on, no problem and has now really bought my bike to life. Once again thank you very much for a excellent product and fantasic service.

I bought a new XT660Z and the bike handeled well but was lacking in power and torque.

I was looking for an Australian made product from someone who was passionate about bikes, not just a company that mass produced exhausts. I heard about TK pipes through word of mouth, and everyone I spoke to only had good things to say about Terry and his products.

After speaking with Terry personally I left the bike with him. 

Terry kept me informed on what he was doing regularly, which is the kind of personal service I look for. The end result was a completely different machine. The bike had increased torque and power, the throttle response was greatly improved and the bike now pulled with a twist of the throttle in every gear.

The look of the bike was also improved with the shiny new pipes. Terry also designed a tool box/pipe for all those tools and tubes you might need for that long ride.

I was impressed with the workmanship and service of Terry and TK pipes as a whole. If you are looking for an exhaust, regardless of what bike you ride you will not regret contacting Terry at TK pipes.

Finally went for a good tough ride on the weekend & found the TK-P sensational.

Good morning Terry.

Well hell what a let down – came home from a trip away and told my wife I was fitting an accessory to my scooter and not to come within 500m of the shed. 15 mins later the muffler was on, everything lined up precisely – in fact it was such a pleasure to fit I might take it off and do it againJ! I am not one for stickers on my scoots but was so pleased I plastered a TK sticker on the side cover.

Took it for a test run in the back paddock, fiddled with the air mixture a wee bit and then run amok on the neighbours farm for an hour. Impression is that the bike does run sweeter from the bottom end and whilst there is a very slight increase in db’s it certainly didn’t spook the neighbours pet skippy’s when I dropped in there on the way home.

Hi Terry,

The only problem I had with the fitting was having to remove the original headerpipe gasket. It sounds terrific and throttle response is much better. I adjusted the mixture but not the jetting as yet , it still pops a bit so at the next service I will try the larger jet. Overall I'm very happy with the result.

Trip went great. Fitted a Dynojet kit and airbox mod, runs like a train more grunt ect ect, no hesitation or flat spots. Overall very pleased with your product and service, highly recommended.

Just to let you know about the exhaust you sent me. Today was my first ride on the bike with it,and I am very pleased. I was a bit dubious about the noise level beforehand,as I do not want the noise. But it is great and i am very pleased with the purchase. My main requirement was to get the width down for my saddlebags,and it is perfect in that area. I already had the Trialzone article on re-jetting,and the kit is still in the mail. I have experienced exactly what he was saying about the starvation sensation, but it all seems perfect without doing anything else. Magic.
 
Do you,or would you,do a front pipe for this bike out of the same piping?, it would suit it so much.
